Level X – Artistic swimming virtual land competition

During these tough times for the past year it’s been very difficult to enter any competitions due to lockdown, social distancing and pools being closed. Swim England came up with an idea for a virtual competition. The judges set a routine with figures for each age group, and grouped into boys and girls. The figures can be seen in the land grades. Our swimmers competed against others across the UK in a virtual artistic swim competition. Unfortunately we could only choose 1 swimmer from each age group category. The standard was very high and judges commented that standard of splits and routines has improved in the last 3 years. Our swimmers didn’t come in the top 10. We thank them for their time and dedication to competing. They should be very proud.
