Synchro Training Squads

Mini synchro
Once weekly beginner lessons for young able swimmers. Mini synchro swimmers work towards ASA Stages 8-9.  Weekly beginner lessons for confident swimmers aged 7-10. Mini synchro swimmers work towards ASA Stages 8-9.

Novices
Introduction to synchronised swimming for those wanting to progress from mini synchro or start synchronised swimming, usually from age 10 upwards. Novice swimmers work towards ASA Stages 8-10 and have the opportunity to enter figure competitions.

Improvers
Twice weekly improver sessions for swimmers who want to progress in their grades and figures. Swimmers will also work towards the required standard for an age group squad. Twice weekly sessions for swimmers who have grasped the basics and are ready to progress onto Figure and Routine Grades. Swimmers in this group have the opportunity to enter routines in competition for the first time.

Under 12 and Under Squad
Swimmers aged 12 and under who have progressed to the required standard. Swimmers will compete in figures, duets and team competitions and
continue to work through the ASA Grading system.

13-14 Squad
Swimmers aged 13-14 who have progressed to the required standard. Swimmers will compete in figures, duets and team competitions and continue to work through the ASA Grading system.

15- 18 Squad
Swimmers aged 15-18 who have progressed to the required standard. Swimmers will compete in figures, duets and team competitions and continue to work through the ASA Grading system.

Masters (18+)
Beginner, experienced or ‘returning to synchro’ adult synchro swimmers. Includes the opportunity to participate in competitions including solos, duets and team routines.
